Grand Lucky Draw

  1. The grand lucky draw is open to all customers who meet the following criteria:
    1. They must be 18 years of age or older; and
    2. They must have made a minimum purchase of $150 in a single receipt after deducting all discounts and vouchers during the promotional period.
  2. The promotional period for the grand lucky draw is from 7 April to 7 May 2023.
  3. To participate in the grand lucky draw, customers must:
    1. Fill in their full name, contact number, and email address on the lucky draw entry form provided in-store; and
    2. Drop the completed entry form into the designated lucky draw box in-store.
  4. Customers can receive extra entries in the lucky draw by spending an additional $50 on a single receipt, with a maximum of five (5) entries per customer. Each $50 spent entitles the customer to one (1) entry.
  5. Ten (10) grand prizes will be given away, and it is required for the winners to claim their prizes exclusively at our Urban Republic Parkway Parade #B-11 outlet situated in Singapore 449269.
    1. However, the winner of the Xiaomi A2 58" TV may either claim it from our warehouse at 8 Lorong Bakar Batu #05-01 Singapore 348743 or choose delivery, which will incur a delivery fee of $36 (before GST), to be charged to the winner.
  1. The winners will be announced on 11 May 2023, 11:30AM (SGT) on the company’s Facebook page.
  2. The winners will be contacted via the contact number or email address provided on their lucky draw entry form. If the winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts within three (3) days of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
  3. Each winner is eligible to win only one (1) prize, regardless of the number of times their lucky draw entries are selected. In the event that a winner's name is drawn multiple times, the company reserves the right to disregard subsequent picks and conduct a re-draw to select a new winner.
  4. By participating in the grand lucky draw, customers agree to allow the company to contact them via phone, email, or SMS for the purpose of notifying them of their prize.
  5. Winners of the grand lucky draw may be required to provide proof of identification before claiming their prize.
  6. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or any other items.
  7. The Grand Lucky Draw may include prizes that come with a manufacturer's local warranty. However, the terms and duration of the warranty are subject to the manufacturer's own policies and may vary depending on the item.
  8. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants (including Winners) are considered to have provided consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the company for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes, without any payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants also consent to receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from the company from time to time.
  9. The Prize shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize. Each Winner agrees to be bound by such Prize Terms.
  10. The company shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the grand lucky draw and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the company of this lucky draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the company for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  11. The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the grand lucky draw and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

Mystery Gifts

  1. The mystery gift draw is open to all customers who meet the following criteria:
    1. They must be 18 years of age or older; and
    2. They must have made a minimum purchase of $100 in a single receipt after deducting all discounts and vouchers during the promotional period.
  2. Each customer will be entitled to one (1) draw only, regardless of the amount spent in a single receipt.
  3. Customers are not allowed to split their purchase into multiple transactions to participate in the draw multiple times.
  4. The promotional period for the mystery gift draw is from 7 to 9 April 2023.
  5. To participate in the mystery gift draw, customers must draw a gift slip from the designated box of gift slips provided in-store.
  6. The mystery gifts are randomly selected from the box of gift slips and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or any other items.
  7. If a customer wins a $10 Urban Republic voucher, please note that the vouchers can be stacked for a combined value but they can only be redeemed at the Urban Republic Parkway Parade #B-11 outlet.
    1. If the customer decides to use the vouchers in combination, the original validity of 6 months for each voucher will be overwritten and the new validity will be 3 months from the date of issue. However, if the customer uses the vouchers separately, the original Terms & Conditions on each voucher will apply.
    2. Please note that whether the vouchers are used separately or in combination, they cannot be applied to any promotional items, and they cannot be exchanged for cash. The vouchers cannot be replaced or reissued if they are defaced, torn, lost, stolen, or have expired. The company do not offer reimbursement for any unused amount in cash or any other form of payment.
  1. The company reserves the right to use the photographs, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes, without compensation to the customers.
  2. The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the mystery gifts draw and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

Hourly Irresistible Deals

  1. The hourly deals will be announced according to the scheduled timing by the emcee that the company engaged.
  2. The deals are only valid while stocks last or until 9 April 2023.
  3. Each customer is limited to purchasing only one (1) deal.
  4. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Atome Vouchers

  1. The Atome voucher offered by Urban Republic can be redeemed on the Atome app from 1 to 30 April 2023, subject to availability.
  2. The Atome voucher requires a minimum purchase of $200 to be eligible for use, and the discount is limited to $20.
  3. The Atome voucher offered by Urban Republic is valid for use at all Urban Republic physical outlets and online website.
