This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the Terms and Conditions under which you may access and make use of our Site www.urbanrepublicsg.com (the "Site"). This Site is operated by Erajaya Swasembada Pte Ltd (UEN 201729312K), a company incorporated in Singapore with our registered office at 7 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec Tower One #17-01 Singapore 038987. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “UR” and “Urban Republic” refer to Erajaya Swasembada Pte Ltd. We offer this Site, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using this Site.

By using this Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them, as well as our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Shipping Policy (collectively referred to as our "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or make purchases from our Site. We reserve all rights in and to our Site that are not expressly granted by these Terms. We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site at any time for any reason. The Site may be unavailable from time to time for administrative reasons.

All intellectual property rights on our website and the material published on it are owned by us or licensed to us, as the case may be. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties all around the world. Section 4: Placing an Order

By placing an online order through our UR Online Store you are warranting to us that:

  • you are purchasing our product/s for your personal consumption and not for business or commercial purposes;

  • you are at least 18 years old; and

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

When you place an order to purchase products from us, your order is deemed an offer to purchase products from us. You shall be responsible for providing correct information for all orders. We have absolute discretion to reject your order without any reason. Our acceptance of your order takes place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point we will enter into a contract with you.

It is possible that items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or advise a full refund.

Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted by us. Our company reserves the right to refund the price of any product/s for which you have paid (in lieu of delivering or supplying such product/s to you), even after we have notified you we have accepted your order and received payment.

Payment

At the time of checkout, all purchases must be paid for with a credit or debit card. Please keep in mind that payment must be made in Singapore dollars. To facilitate the payment process, you will be directed to a secure payment site where you can input your credit card or debit card information.

Delivery

All purchases made at our UR Online Store are strictly for Store Pickup or Domestic Delivery (Temporary Unavailable). Your order's dispatch time may vary depending on the availability of our logistics partners and may be subject to unforeseen delays for which we will not be held liable. You will be held totally liable for the product once it has been delivered to the address you provided to us when you placed the order. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

 

Section 5: Pricing and Availability

Prices for products displayed in UR Online Store are shown in Singapore dollars. While we make every effort to guarantee that all details, descriptions, and prices on this Site are correct, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any items you have ordered, we will notify you as quickly as possible and provide you with the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the items, you will be refunded in full.

  • Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will also be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

  • The company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

  • All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refund any orders if we are unable to fulfil them in case of inventory discrepancies.

 

Section 6: Inaccuracy Disclaimer

We make every effort to be as accurate as possible when describing the products available for purchase online. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, photos, free gifts, prices, or other content of any UR services are correct, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

 

Section 7: Product Warranty & Defects

Individual items will have their own manufacturer warranty duration, and each product's warranty period will be assessed independently, regardless of whether the products were initially bought together. Please refer to the warranty manual of the given product for more information.

If you believe you received an incorrect/defective item from our Online Store, please contact our Support Team at hello@urbanrepublicsg.com with your order number and a photo of the defect within 7 working days of receipt. Our Support Team will address your concerns accordingly.

 

Section 8: Personal Data

Any personal data you submit to us (such as your name, address, mobile number, or email address) will be collected, used, and/or disclosed in accordance with our website's Privacy Policy.

 

Section 9: Termination of User Account

Erajaya Swasembada Pte Ltd reserves the right to determine if a user has breached our Terms & Conditions. If breaching of Terms is deemed to have occurred, we may take reasonable actions, including but not limited to the following: 

  • Restricting your usage and accessibility to the site by suspending your user account;

  • Issuing a warning to you via email; and

  • Acting accordingly if law enforcement or legal proceedings are deemed to be necessary

 

Section 10: Waiver/Invalidity

Our failure to insist on strict compliance with any of the requirements of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights and remedies. The invalidity of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not impact the validity or enforceability of the other parts.

 

Section 11: Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Erajaya Swasembada Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or your violation of the Terms & Conditions.

 

Section 12: Variations

Erajaya Swasembada Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, vary and change these Terms & Conditions at our discretion without any notice.

 

Section 13: Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. In relation to and/or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
