All packages are shipped from our Singapore warehouse via NinjaVan or J&T, unless otherwise stated. After your payment has been verified, UR will process your order and dispatch your parcel within 3 to 5 business days
(excluding weekends, peak periods and public holidays). Please allow an extra 3 business days for order processing and dispatching during the sale period.
Estimated delivery days begin when the order is accepted by us, not after the order or payment has been made.
