Product Warranty

• Certain items will have their own manufacturer warranty duration, and each product's warranty period will be assessed independently, regardless of whether the products were initially bought together.
• Customers are advised to refer to the warranty manual of the given product for more information or to visit the brand's service center for warranty assistance.

Product Defects

Customer who believes they received an incorrect/defective item from our Online Store has 7 working days from the date of purchase of if the item has been delivered to contact us at urbanrepublic@erajaya.com.sg and we will address their concerns accordingly. 

• Customers may return the item in its original and sealed condition, along with the original receipt, warranty card, as well as any accompanying free gifts, vouchers, and/or accessories, up to 7 working days from the date of purchase or the date of delivery, at any of our stores for an exchange.

• Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal value;

• A higher-value item requires a balance top-up to be traded; and

• Returns eligibility will be evaluated at the discretion of our UR staff

• Categories not eligible for return, unless they are unopened and in their original packaging:

  • In the interest of hygiene: headphones, earphones, kitchen homeware and appliances, personal care products, health and fitness products; and

  • In the interest of activation and data installed: Mobiles & Tablets

• Over-the-counter cash refunds are strictly prohibited
